Learn: Prior to a Coaching Session, I will request information about your business and educate myself about your business and industry.

Listen: I will ask many questions in the initial consultation to further understand your needs, desired relationship, and listen closely to your answers to ensure I will provide value. If I'm not what you need, I'll tell you.

Identify: Together, we will identify exactly what you wish to accomplish in this relationship.

Propose: Together, we will propose strategic plans, short term goals, and long term goals. This becomes the agenda for the first coaching session.

Implement: Together, we will create implementation schedules to achieve agreed strategic plans and goals.

Tracking: I will track your progress and provide you timely feedback to hold yourself accountable in the following Coaching Sessions.
